I am Julia, a freelance artist and decorative painter behind JCW Finishes. I create custom murals, refined faux finishes, window art, and original artwork for homes, businesses, creative spaces, and anyone looking for something truly personal. My approach blends thoughtful design, layered texture, and hands-on craftsmanship, turning each surface into an expressive part of its surroundings. I share the process from first idea to final detail, so every project feels collaborative and distinctly yours.
